The Committee for Melbourne’s Melbourne 4.0 Taskforce used scenario planning to prepare the city for the forces of change in the age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Over the course of six months, members from across business, academia and the not-for-profit sector came together by way of workshops, interviews and an online community to formulate the Committee’s forward-looking agenda.
